To initiate a return, please email us at sketch@kairump.com and include your order number. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
